no class or business acumen for real estate, like they said, it's not on the water, that's a huge hit to the value of a home that size/price. if that were in the right location, they'd have a higher starting offer on GP.
some of the finishes were cheap as fukk as well as there were massive amounts of wasted space. like why is a half bath the size of a bedroom?
no reason dude should have built a house that big. a sufficient but well appointed 5000 sq ft home would be more than enough, especially for you to not be in it most the year...smh

Every time. Happens to lottery winners to. breh don't know the utilities and maintenance is more than a mortgage alone.
you might be able to buy it but you won't be able to afford to keep it. most stars end up downgrading from their mansions when they not popping for a reason.

whole interior was cheap garbage. home is huge and ugly inside even tacky at times. There's little to no effort on the interior design it's like a mega sized regular ass home. Breh touched the door handle and it damn near fell off. This house is only 10 years old
