The world title, women's and tag should all stay unified and one. They are the top dogs of their respective lanes and will have the workload and bigger responsibility so they will have to work and have the privilege of going cross brand. Also, keeps the prestige intact.
See no problem with them splitting the US title and IC title though.

At first I wanted the the big gold belt, but like others have said, it makes it look more prestigious and important for titles to be low in numbers and not be brand specific.
But as always, creative is largely going to be responsible.

They have enough talent to do a brand split but I don't know if I personally want it to happen because of all the good to great matches that we would be denied. Since they are making Smackdown live just make that the show where you feature the IC and Tag team titles a lot and make sure you have a title match of some kind every week.
