Small errors that you make from time to time

Forgetting to turn my alarm off for a day that I took off.

Leaving the refrigerator door cracked open.

Carrying that case of bottle water from the side where it's tightly wrapped (trying to cheat). However, sometimes it breaks...and it's bombs away with bottles falling all on the ground.
