Mofos on Facebook and Twitter talking about moving to other countries if candidate X is elected president.

This chick i know talking about moving to another country if Romeny is elected. i remember when Obama was elected my former boss was talking about moving to Costa Rica :heh:
Other mofos talking about doomsday scenarios is Romeny is elected. :rudy:

Does it really matter who's president?

The way I see it no matter who's in the white house:

  • Between 1/4 to 1/3 of your check gone in taxes.
  • All we can do is hope it goes towards healthcare and other issues we care about.
  • Democrats take your money for healthcare.
  • Republicans take your money to finance wars.
  • Both leave you broke.

I wouldnt go that far. This place is not for everyone. Some find happiness elsewhere. I travel and find americans in all corners of the world saying they wouldnt go back home.

The way I look at it:

  • The place where you are from isnt always the best place for you.
  • The best place of all isnt the best for everyone

You woudlnt believe how many Americans live in Central and South America. Seen it with my own eyes.

I had friends saying that when Bush got re-elected in 2004. They were talking about Bush was going to reinstate the military draft for the Iraq war. :beli:

Well, last election, people were threatening to leave. Liars. It takes a lot of money to move. And, you have to get a visa. Apply for citizenship. Blah-zay-blah. A ton of hurdles to become a citizen of another country.

"I'm moving to Australia."
Yeah, that was four years ago. What are you still doing here?
"Shut up."
Whatever.
