So theyre literally robbing folks on the side of the road. . . No, literally robbing people. This IS illegal. There's no gray area here.
How could it not be? Cop pulls you over, decides he wants to take yourmoney, and now you jave to prove it's legally yours? That's as unconstitutional as it gets.
In my mind you have the right to shoot any cop that attempts to do that. It's straight up self defense.

whats a real life defense from this? those cases that are sold that nobody can read the cards inside?
I totally forgot about those RFID wallets...
but if the cop somehow is able to remove the cards from your wallet and physically scan it it wont matter...
