Business is business. Their roster is ass. Only one point guard on your roster but Shump/JR making that much? You paying Frye that much? They don't even have big men.

All they have is 2 people that can create shots for other people, 1 big that can rebound and a bunch of spot up shooters.

Money isn't the problem. It's how its being spent. It's like paying $10,000 for a used Accord then paying $100,000 for upgrades instead of buying a new Benz.

Not having a back up point guard is disgraceful. Especially for what they're paying Shumpert and JR Smith.

They're roster has too many people that do the same thing. More importantly they have a roster that can't do the same thing.

I'm looking at it from a strictly basketball business side and in light of Lebron complaining about how the roster is constructed, part of the reason why it sucks is because of moves he pushed to get done.

Gilbert didn't mind spending, but the GM has made dumb moves. If the goal is to WIN A TITLE, they've done a shytty job this year. It is what it is. I was simply curious as to why their roster is bloated and now I see why. 4 players are overpaid. 2 of those 4 players pretty much do the same thing. 1 of those players is playing in a system that doesn't suit his skill set. 1 is simply overpaid but the Cav's don't mind paying that luxury tax.
