You go to help not realizing this guy caught a body at 14, stabbed his own sister with a screwdriver, and attacked 3 workers in a psych ward. He's legit crazy, likely going to try to kill you, and you don't know if he has a weapon or not. You step to him and you're literally in a fight for your life.

Now if they knew that woman and ran that's cowardly. I'm not knocking anyone who isn't trying to risk their life over a stranger.

NYC has a big mental illness problem. The crime rate is returning back to the 90s. Mayor Adams need to get to the bottom of this issue or else...this problem will spiral into more havoc and pandemonium.

A lot of these dudes is homeless as well. They belong in a gated mental asylum.
