I live in the area...not at MLK & Malcom X tho
I go to that dumb gas station, where it's ALWAYS 100+ people walking around that park "living dead" cracked/dippa'd out and/or selling it. I hate that gas station, but it's convenient, but always got something going on...
Shorty at the beginning is the saddest tho. Aids and STILL hitting them dippas. Sad sad story that i have to watch play out every day at Anacostia/Congress Heights stations...
