If you smoke before eating, you will alter your buzz after smoking.

Basically you'll smoke some weed, get high, then eat and you will feel better.
But feel better = less of a buzz.

So i'd say at least half an hour after eating

Before if you want to get higher.

Being on an empty stomach can boost the effects. So it's more about what vibe you want
