Smoked my first black and mild today, need expert advice

I haven't smoked weed in a couple of months because of a big promotion I don't wanna fukk up

Is this shyt addicting like cigarettes, they remind me of a weed high

Just wanted to try it, couldn't get through the full stick, but I felt like I was high off a blunt

Nicotine is addictive period but blacks aren't quite as bad, habit forming wise, as cigarettes. They can be a bit harsh if you inhale them too much. I'd never recommend someone smoke, as a smoker. Try hard candy or a mobile game or something til the urge to smoke passes IMHO. But if you really wanna smoke, cigars have been easier to kick than cigarettes by far.

Edit: for clarity, I been smoking blacks for 20 years . They're normally on deck as a holdover if I'm too lazy to get up and get smokes. So again, you might not wanna fukk with em too heavy. Congrats on the job, btw.

Moved to south Carolina . From CA . Blew trees everyday . In CA

SC laws fukkd me up so started smokin sweet woodtip blacks. They cheap were a 1$.
1 black is equivalent to atleast 5cigs

Yes they're addictive. If you can don't get started. I hear black people say stuff like "one black equals 5 ciggys" but as someone who's smoked both it don't seem so.

I can't handle cigs at all. It feel like my whole chest is blown open after one puff on a ciggy. Plus when I told my doctor I don't smoke cigarettes but I smoke blacks he was like they're not as bad as cigarettes.
