Quite the opposite because it's a civil suit. The burden of proof is so low it's basically guilty unless you can prove you're innocent.
It doesn't have to be a lick of evidence other than he said it , and the jury thinks it may have happened.
These civil suits are the bane of wealthy men everywhere because they're basically shakedowns to get a settlement. They're the human equivalent of a slip and fall in a busy restaurant
of course its a shakedown for bread/clout - - but even in a civil case, the plaintiff still has to
prove their claim - - “more likely than not” ain't a free pass - - judges throw out weak/baseless lawsuits all the time, you can’t win just by saying something happened
if you think he's gonna take an L on this, i can't argue with that - - every man is entitled to their opinion
