Only place I recommend is the garage. Other than that don't do it. That cigar smoke will seep its way through the walls into the insulation real quick.

Edit: If you're talking about a B&M then I'd say you can smoke one or two inside on occasion. Just turn on a fan/crack a window and light a candle.

Yeah I was reading online that it even gets in the paint on the walls ...
