Only place I recommend is the garage. Other than that don't do it. That cigar smoke will seep its way through the walls into the insulation real quick.
Edit: If you're talking about a B&M then I'd say you can smoke one or two inside on occasion. Just turn on a fan/crack a window and light a candle.

Sure does. I smoked weed in my room less than 5 times and it turned everything that was white to yellow
