I’m not saying white privileged isn’t involved but there’s many factors. I think 5+ years is pretty extensive for a first offense and with no other charges. I know a dude who only did like 2 years for 40 grams of heroin. a pistol and a shotgun. He was also dealing within 1,000 ft of a university which I guess is an offense

Also I ain’t watch but you don’t know if or who he snitched on.

I also know dudes that only did like 3 years for multiple armed robberies one of the robberies even had an attempt murder charge (thrown out) on it cause they shot the gun at a door lock the manager locked himself into

Also spoked to a guy that did 3 years on a major drug conspiracy case and he says they was moving a decent amount of weight. Him and his co-d’s all snitched on each other.
