Well we are now being told that Trump is the picture of health and is more fit than Obama. That shot is going to hurt them at some point too because we can clearly see that Trump is deteriorating. They’re lying about his health too. The Biden shyt don’t even matter anymore because he dropped out and Kamala didn’t win.
You saying Biden doesn't matter but bringing up Obama. Full of shyt. Shills are full of shyt

50% of snap ain't enough honestly
something better than nothing but mofos live check to check

One of my best friends is fresh out of an abusive relationship (and a shelter) with 2 kids...no SNAP

I got several family members on disability and SSI who I caretake for...these are the people nikkas are on here cheering on the loss of their benefits sounding like peckerwoods with the whole 'bootstrap' routine.

This SNAP debacle is bad for people who don’t have options.

True, but it'll do for now, and they'll get extra next month, so that's a plus.

Now, it depends on the size of their household and income, so that half benefit, especially if it's a big household, could still be a lot, depending on those factors, since everybody receives different amounts. Unfortunately, someone who may not be getting much in general will possibly get even less this month.

No, not believe. They have to send out the propaganda that only Black people use snap. They know better, but image is more important than reality to a lot of them and their constituents.
It's the only way to keep poor white people support. They just gotta paint the picture. True or not. The same way they painted the picture for 60 years that most fed workers are lazy black people getting rich off their tax dollars doing nothing. No coincidence those types always hate government workers too

Trying to make snap a political thing is hilarious. Like these cats need to read the room
I feel like a politician campaigning on doing away with the SNAP program in general is bad politics, imo. If you notice, Trump didn't even bother putting up a fight against these judges, like some may have anticipated, why? 'Cause it's bad politics and the optics don't look right when the news headlines read “such and such” president, congressmen/women, etc, are fighting and appealing judges' orders over the right to feed people.

Someone must've gotten in Trump's ear over the weekend and given him a hint not to even appeal or fight against the judge's orders, cause perception-wise it won't look right for him.

SNAP, since its inception over six decades ago, has been the de facto #1 food program in America, and for good reason; it's the only program substantial enough to ensure people don't go hungry or miss meals.

Seeing the outcry and backlash to SNAP being delayed just 3 days into November so far has come with a lot of drawbacks and criticism to the point it's political suicide to seriously support the notion that it's no longer needed or inefficient.

Trump allowing 50 percent of the SNAP allowance is so dumb. It makes it clear that he has every opportunity to end the shutdown, but won't
It could be possible that he's going to use the “nuclear” option at some point; maybe that's why he released the contingency without much fight or appeal. I don't believe this shutdown will last all of November, I wouldn't be surprised if it's not over by sometime around Thanksgiving.

The truth is that the federal government being shut down for two whole months is not feasible long-term. They're going to have to get back in session at some point, because other policies, etc, will eventually be the center of attention; this bill isn't the only thing they've got going on in Washington.

Other shyt is gonna arise in the midst of it all, and taking all this time on this lonesome bill leaves them behind on other potential tasks.

The reality is that since the Democrats didn't cave in the month of October, Trump and Republicans have run out of options to prolong this shutdown, which could be why he decided to allow SNAP benefits to be sent out, 'cause once November 1st hit, he could no longer spin this onto the Democrats, basically they ran out of time in playing their game, so now it's just a matter of time before we hear the news about them using the filibuster.

My cousin on SSI, an incapacitated adult will have about 50/60 bucks for food for this month. And as a non professional guardian I can't really get a lot of help with caregiving for him.

Imo i think republicans want to end the program and are testing how much of a reaction they get without any funding.

Since the response was negative, now they are testing it at 50% levels.

They 100% want to end the program and truthfully wanted to provoke people to hit the streets and tear shyt up. And when we (especially black folk) didn't take the bait their play got fukked up.

People are not talking about this enough

Black folks largely walking away from white people bullshyt has had a tangible effect on the energy out here:mjlol:

Tried to find a way to blame black folks for the Latino protests, black folks wasn't there

Tried to blame No Kings protests on black folks, black folks ain't got shyt to do with it

Trying to make this SNAP shyt about black women instead of all Americans

Black folks have washed their hands of all this bullshyt and the elites are scrambling because we're the default scapegoat :mjlol:

The white crash out is getting harder and harder to dismiss and ignore
