It was a HUGE faux pas and this was a way to fully acknowledge she was wrong and try to move forward. SNL has used their platform for crap like this before.


Now, personally, do I like the fact that they extended their platform for this foolishness? No. But I see it for what it is- she realized she made a complete ass out of herself and people of all races called her out. That’s why she went on a platform that isn’t even supported by the people for might vote for her. She’s trying to show the people (white libs) who thought she was at least somewhat reasonable/not MAGA that she can acknowledge her mistake.
