Snoop Dogg is going off on Arnold Schwarzenegger. Why? Because Arnold commuted (shortened) the sentence of a criminal because he was partially helping a friend out.. According to snoop the other person who did the crime with the person that got his sentence shortened is still in jail... So basically saying Arnold using his powers to only help friends or get his friends ppl out of jail.
