1. She has no power or jurisdiction to free him.
2. It should have been his legal team that handles and submits the evidence to a judge. Press conference and social media posts mean nothing without a retrial.
3. An obvious performative stunt to gain more clout.
4. If Meg did not endorse Kamala, the republicans would not give two craps about mentioning Tory. If Tory was convicted with the same charges in a southern state, he would have got a much harsher sentence. Which is the irony.
5. And this is why public figures need to be careful because they can be sued or taken to court.
