If they were hunter and gathers meaning they could track shyt, follow stars, know east from west north from south, then when couldn't they find their way back ? Cacs think we like the cold and wanna be trapped in some shytty place with barely any food for 1000s of years ?

They say the white race is about 6000 years old. How long would it take for an African to turn into a white man under the prime conditions? How long have the inuit been in cold ass Canada and they still look like dark skin asians? Yea, I don't know about this one.

Yes thats what happened, but it also had mostly had to do with diet. But more importantly there were MULTIPLE waves of migrations into Europe like the Indian subcontinent;three migration. The first one was from Africa, but that was not the densely populated one. The last one came from either Central Asia, but most likely the Middle East.
This is why Europeans have a mixed ancestry like those in India.

Too much sunlight, we need more melanin. Not enough sunlight, less melanin. If we find Vitamin D in our food (like fish), then that tampers with the code even more.
Skin color changes dont happen overnight. But those more adapted to their environment live longer, and therefore have more opprotunities to reproduce, and pass on their genes. So the gene pool keeps skewing towards those most adapted to the environment one is in.
So, White people where there is little sunlight, and Black people where there is a lot of sunlight. And all the other mfers in between fall in where they fit.
Why leave Africa? Competition of resources, beef with other dudes, etc.

Pretty sure there's more involved than that. For starters the first humans aren't like we are are today they would've been more ape like...As they branched out they would've evolved to adapt different climates and conditions...
look at all the different subspecies of animals that evolved from common ancestors and tell me why its farfetched that humans would evolve into different races
