What kind of crap is that.It seems like whenever one of these celebrities gets accused of sexual harresment it seems like instead of waiting for the facts to come out, their employer immediately fires them.shyt is fukked up.I am not saying that none of the men are not guilty of harresment but they shouldn't be fired until there is proof of harresment.

just because they don't release the proof doesn't mean there isn't proof :francis:

Louis C.K. admitted every story was true

Weinstein has decades of women telling the same story

Yes. Due to backlash from SJWs who refuse to wait for proof a simple accusation can cause sweeping firings/suspensions/loss of scholarships. Look at Zeke, look at the Duke lacrosse team. Wasn't there a football start who did 6 years for a rape that never happened.

Women never lie. Women are 100% right and if you question it request proof then you're victim blaming.

I don't agree with the sexual harassment of women, myself being a woman. But they should not have fired that man if they didn't have proof. Some women lie about stuff like this everyday.

The Matt Lauer thing is not one of these cases where its just a rumor though based on everything i've read.

From what I read this dude was a real deviant. Dude had a button under his desk to lock the door from the inside and would use it when he invites someone in :dead: this is some supervillian shyt.

Katie Kourich says that he supposedly used to grab her ass all the time and supposedly multiple newspapers, not just the NYTimes had stories in the works about his behavior. Also NBC supposedly did an investigation and interviewed several employees that pretty much corroborated his behavior.

This sounds different than "he touched my boob 20 years ago and I thought it was funny at the time but now I'm upset" :mjcry:

This isn't fair to the innocent, but companies will protect themselves. Depending on where you live a job doesn't have to tell you why they fired you unless you're a union worker or have contractual agreements.

A company isn't gonna risk getting sued for doing nothing, when it's easier to do something to someone they aren't obligated to keep.

Yeah they dont need to have a reason to fire anyone. So they will just take the womans word for it and cut their losses

They have more information than the public and are trying to get ahead of the story to protect themselves legally, control the narrative and throw the perv under the bus to muddy the waters about their own complicity.
All these dudes had rumors swirling around them for years, it was understood by male and female colleagues how to discretely respond to and handle their 'eccentricities', multiple victims, vetted accounts and corroboration, prior history of accusations.

The hysteria over this becoming a 'witch hunt' targeting innocent people over the smallest misunderstanding or false accusation is misplaced.
If your boss finds you've had a control installed in your desk that lets you lock people in your office without even getting up, no, you're not getting the benefit of the doubt from your employer.

Things have always been like this when it came to sexual harassment allegations in the work place... Notice you have to complete sexual harassment training every year on most jobs? Go to work and work, cut all of that extra sh1t out.
