So Austin Aries' "bad attitude" was because he speaks his mind?

It's common knowledge Vince doesn't mind at all when people speak up and voice their opinions and will gain respect for you if you stand your ground.

I've dealt with people like that at work and don't mind working with them but if they start talking about leaving, nobody is gonna stand in their way out the door :manny:

Only a selective few will be allowed to go alpha on Vince and get away with it. And even then Vince will only let it slide every once in a while, just as long as it doesn't become a habit of being a regular thing and if you making him money and he has respect for you.

Take Ryback, he tried and failed.

Lesnar is one of these guys that can go Alpha on Vince, but who else?

Nailz:lolbron:

Hogan - We know the history.
Warrior - held Vince up for 500k at Summer slam 91.
Austin - Has said he was difficult to work with, especially in his last 2 years. We saw what happened when Vince finally put his foot down, Austin walked.
Bret - Had like a father/son /mentor type of relationship with Vince, so he allowed Bret to get away with things but we saw how that played out in the end.

Taker -locker room leader and we know that Taker went looking for Vince to explain the screwjob.

But like I said, if you a draw and he has a respect for you/his guy, Vince will give you a longer leash than others.

I don't know if Alpha is the right word, but history has shown Vince will make allowances for people, especially those who can be difficult to work with. Look at Punk, all his complaints that he had, got alot of what he wanted, when he reupped in 2011, but because he kept on pissing and moaning all the time, rightly and wrongly on occasions, Vince probably had enough and felt Punk was ungrateful, considering what they gave him, hence why the relationship broke down in the end. Obviously HHH played his part in things, but end of the day it's still Vince's company and nothing gets signed off without his approval.
