I thought Goodfellas was some Queens shyt. Don't remember if it was Stretch & Bobbito but there was a freestyle where Nas and Mega were going back and forth saying it.

The Goodfellas was a street crew in QB. It was like Cormega, Lakey, Drawz, I think Illmatic Ice was in it too and some others. Nas shouts them out on Represent.

But I heard about Biggie forming a group called The Goodfellas with Nas before too. Not sure if it would be an extension of the Queensbridge crew or if it would just be its own separate rap group. I'm assuming the former.

It wouldn't be the only time that happened. The Lost Boyz was a street gang in South Jamaica Queens with like thousands of members and Mr Cheeks, Freaky Tah (he was also certified street nikka, well respected), etc...were the rappers of the gang.

Facts. There's so many groups that almost happened just never went through in rap history. Like @Awesome Wells said, it legit used to be a thing at a certain time in rap where nikkas just formed or wanted to form supergroups.
