I saw him a couple weeks ago acting drunk on the show and thought nothing of it,then I see him doing it again tonight so now im like :what:? I thought they(the roots) was just gonna be the live band for the show..now they got ya boy on some side show bob shyt? I guess since kimmel got the pudgy Mexican dude,Fallon needed a minority side piece too :beli:

I saw the same thing.....it was really corny and not funny at all. I guess they need something for thought to do being that he doesn't play an instrument. They probably don't want him there just saying yeah and throwing in random ad libs......Fallon's show is just corny as fukk overall but I guess this humor goes over well in bumfukk Idaho.....Can't feel too bad for Black Thought. I'm sure he's cashing a huge check.

ya'll realize the Roots have been around for about 3 eras of hip hop, and putting in work touring almost non-stop, to almost all white audiences....... to me this is not them selling out, its them being grown azz men and cashing in that good will they've built up over the yrs. WTF is wrong with putting your name with some of the greats in History of entertainment (Johnny Carson, The whole "Tonight Show' love affair America has) come on now if your an entertainer you eventually want to get to the total APEX of success and recognition

But since they are black somehow that's beneath them and they should only play nothing less then stadium concerts. :rudy:
