These two are obviously gonna change the league drastically, but which teams are gonna actually take advantage of this and become in contention? I see the Utah Jazz, and Bucks making the largest leaps. Their front offices don't seem completely inept like say.....fukkin Cleveland, but the question of need vs. best available is gonna be a HUGE question these next two drafts.

BTW, who is better between Stanley Johnson and Kelly Oubre? And why do I see nikkas like Mario Hezonja being fickle for when they declare? Who is Emmanuel Mudiay really? Is Jahlil Okafor a 4 or a 5? And is he Tim Duncan lite?
