Of course it's "rigged." Big league sports in general are. These are multi-billion dollar companies that had mob ties as they started and got Vegas cashing in till this day.

Narratives are orchestrated etc. This is coming from someone who enjoys watching from time to time but I keep in mind it's only entertainment and do not invest emotion. My apologies to those that do.
