So cacs been calling in sick all month but I do it and I need a doctors note?

I started my new job January 13th and I haven't missed a day. Come in early all that. I've seen cacs at my job miss 3 days in a row, some have called in sick 3 separate times and mind you we all started at the same time. They never needed a doctors note, I call in sick once and my boss calls me saying I need a doctors note.

Guy FYI, its against the LAW to ask for a doctors note. Only time doctors note ate required are for on the job injuries and disability purposes. Even then those notes go to HR department.

I work for a major financial bank. We do get sick days but I'm in transition.

Breh this dude literally said on the first day if you're sick, call me, leave a message or whatever, I don't need a doctors note but if you're sick repeatedly for consecutive days then I would require one.

true shyt. I work in hr and the policy is 3 days or more. But being that your probation period doesn't actually end until April 13th, that may be why.
