the Three 6 version was recorded first. they let OutKast rock the official cuz that was a bigger look, but i remember hearing Paul & Juicy verses on it first. (they produced it too by the way, along with Pat's much earlier version.)

matter fact, i found some proof: OutKast and UGK's "International Players Anthem": Song of the Year

"Village Voice, TUESDAY, JUNE 5, 2007
Originally, Paul and Juicy also rapped on the track, but I guess record-company politics kept that version from seeing the light of day. I've heard the track's original version, and it's fine. It starts out with the Pimp C verse, tacking the serviceable verses from Paul and Juicy onto the end. If it'd showed up on the UGK album in its original form, it would've been a really good deep-cut. But with OutKast on the song instead of Three 6 Mafia, it's transcendent. "

:dwillhuh:

project pat version is not better than IPA

the song is not better with 3 6 instead of Outkast

IPA is a flawless rap record and video

why is this the week nikkas wanna revise? am i missing something?
Ain't no revision...people just like what they like. Outkast and UGK are in my top 5, as groups are concerned; I still prefer Choose U. :manny:
