I know its still fuked up...but ive heard there are pockets of the city that are on the come up.
A program I was watching compared it to Brooklyn 20yrs ago.

there was like 6 people shot within like 30min the other day...

At least Detroit is cheap as fuk...and there is a possibility that in the future property prices will rise (to profit off of).
Where I live...people are paying $800,000+ for small condos....shyt makes no sense.
