a few of these scammers have tried to sue spencer for his videos, but he keeps putting them out
my guess is envy has his money tied up in funding his own defense and doesn't have time to deal with YT'ers.

they got too big for their britches on showtime.
now they are both doing essentially NOTHING. the rolling stones don't get along, but mick jagger and keith richards stayed together for 60 years in order to get that bag. now they are both worth hundreds of millions still touring to this day.

Doesn't Spencer Cornelia use public information? Can you sue someone for using public info? Maybe some of the Coli attorneys can speak on the subject.

Most attorneys/law firms charge on average between $750 - $1,200 to draft & send a cease and desist letter & the average cost of a project involving a cease-and-desist letter is around $380, so I doubt it's a money issue per se for DJ Envy.
At this point, I think DJ Envy probably recognized he'd be doing more harm than good by sending a C&D to a well known YouTuber which would ultimately just create more negative publicity.

it doesn't stop them from trying. even the threat of getting tied up in litigation is a deterrent for most as it's gonna cost u to fight the case. it's not til ur vindicated will u be made whole by forcing the person trying sue u on some BS to pay your legal fees.
They chose sides over a disagreement involving Victor supposedly. Claims were made that Victor was wylin out on the staff at the Showtime show.
I haven't watched the videos but this guy maybe giving an opinion whereas Flex and the others are saying it's factual that Envy scammed people.
