They're acting like they have a union backing them up. I'm pretty sure the 
Owners of McDonald, and Walmart will have no problems firing a bunch of nikkas and hire some immigrants. Plus even if the 15 dollar minimum is achieved, why wouldn't they just fire a bunch of people and increase the workload on the people who stay.

No, it is simple economics. There's a huge supply of people that can do those jobs so that keeps the prices low. If they in fact raise the wage to $15/hr then those same workers would lose those college kids and college-educated adults. $15/hr without the mental capacity and can still do what they want on the side. Can't beat but they do not understand that. Fast food jobs were never intended to be careers to begin with.
After union fees and insurances more to $15-$16/hr more than me though.
