i'd been wonderin' how many more albums did they both owe the label since they'd been on there since the early 90's :wow:

Def Jam hasn't supported either of them since the late 90's/early 00's.

It's sad what's happened up there. I remember when Red said he couldn't even get into the building recently, without getting a visitor's pass. They don't respect their legends. In '94, these two basically saved that label. So it's crazy to see how they ended up treatin' them. They're better off without dealing with Def Jam.

yeah, i just hope that those 2 have done right with their money and saved some for a many a rainy day. hopefully that they are some kinda position of power with their money so that they not stuck just tourin' because these guys have gotten older and are gettin' older. plus, like you said, these 2 brothers really did save def jam back in the day and are legends in hip hop
