He just let his team go down by 24 in the 4th by refusing to take Waiters, yes Dion Waiters, out of the game.

He was being left open on corner threes, aka the shot that every team wants to find, and when he'd get the pass he'd refuse to shoot them. He has no confidence left and he's being left out there while the Thunder continue to go down and down with Billy making no adjustments.

He finally calls a timeout, takes Westbrook out, while LEAVING Waiters out there. shyt is god awful coaching.
