So, how do I deal with my alcoholic dad

He's pissed off with me because he gotta keep paying me due to not getting a job (government rules). He's been drinking 2 bottles of vodka a day since Tuesday or Wednesday and has been constantly harassing me and my mum. He probably texted me about 50 times last night and called my mum about 30. He quit his job SPECIFICALLY because he doesn't want to give money and thinks I should do everything by myself (I'm 17).. The shyt he's said to me is just
