I decided to buy a used cop car last month, and i notice that people's demeanor changed as soon as i roll on the block.

For example , right now im in a parking lot just minding my own business and i noticed this breh keeps looking over me for no reason at all but because im in a cop car ...he might think that im trying to catch him riding dirty.

How can i solve this problem? should i walk over to him? he might think im undercover.
