It was surprisingly good!
It takes alot of preparation though. You havw to drain it first (its bean curd so it comes in a watery block)...then put it on a paper towel on a plate and press it down with a pan to get rid of more water. This is so whatever marinade you use it absorbs. Got to do that for an hour...best to do it for two. Also...heat the pan really hot. If you use a soy based marinade you wont need oil but use a vinegar based oil or a vegetablw based oil.
I used a soy sauce based marinade with black pepper...tasted like chicken. I couldnt eat it all the time though.
