Hahahhaa my bad didn't realize I kept mentioning garbage bags. But no this is on top of this huge hill at a park my buddy works at. He was telling me there was a voodoo doll up there so I had to see for myself. Apparently a lot of these "spells" have to be done at the highest point u can find so a lot of people perform witch craft up there. Also known as SANTERIA
