So I found out I got a bad Camshaft sensor

Had a check engine light. Car feels like it was losing power while I was driving
Went to AutoZone to scan it to see what the codes were

Said it was a Camshaft sensor. I'm buying the part ASAP. But wanted to know how bad is it if I don't get that fixed?

I was googling online that it's right next to the timing belt

Your shyt is gonna die randomly and then you have to pull over and restart the car the worser it gets. Had a bad one in my truck, and my shyt shut down on a freeway in Dallas during rush hr traffic. Scariest two minutes of my life. Get that shyt fixed ASAP breh
