I went to best buy and copped a 5S with no problem today. however, the dude was telling me how they got no AT&T phones. luckily I have sprint. My wife copped the 5C from best buy with no problem either. but from what I understand, the 5S is harder to find obviously.

Went to 2 best buys and 1 apple store around 1:30-2:00. shyt load of black 5S but no gold or white

the ONLY reason to get a gold 5S is so that EVERYONE knows u have a 5S. dude at best buy told me the white one isn't even dropping for a couple weeks.
