So i just checked this ticket i got and my court appearance/pay off date was yesterday...

I got a $100 cell phone ticket and I didnt pay it because I was going to go to court for it. I had on my bluetooth in and the officer said I had phone to my ear. Anywho, I was in Puerto Rico during my court date (because I had totally forgotten). When I got back and tried to take care of it..I had to pay $634 to settle it. So they probably are going to tax the hell outta you on the fine.

Long story but check it because you might not be in as bad as shape as you think. Once I got a ticket in SC but since I live in FL I said fukk it. They ended up suspending my license anyway. Then I got pulled over for having an expired tag (a nikka used to ride dirty on the reggie as a youngin
) and of course the suspended license came up.Ended up like this. Had to pay the SC ticket, bout $300, in order to get my license reinstated. Took that L. But as far as the suspended license ticket here's what happened... obviously there was a fine, which I didn't pay, so at that point I was in the same boat you're in now. They gave me a court date. I went and got a bigger fine and community service. Didn't pay the fine. Didn't serve my community. fukk em.
Got another court date. I guess they figured something is better than nothing because I ended up paying a lesser fine than the original fine and no community service. I bargained with my middle finger up and my other hand grippin my balls like a g.
Of course I live in a backwards ass state so they prolly thought they won.

I just went to jail last month over an unpaid fine. They had a warrant out on me over 2 years & i didn't know cause they sent the court date papers to the wrong address

Had it happen to me too
except I scheduled the court date with the judge to protest a lawyer fee. I got out of jail and to went to court the next day and the other judge was like "there's no way they could of arrested you for that.
It's all fun and games until them boys pull you over.

Actually, that question isn't asked before getting hooked up for the main reason that the driver may try to escape.

here in Philly I missed court (due to my own absentmindedness and overwhelming schedule) because I confused it with another date I had in court and ended up being in actual jail for 5 days, this city man.
Maybe.
