I have to do
Yup, super easy. Two services is all you need. Follow that link that reinscarf posted and we can get you set up in a half hour. I've walked several non-tech inclined friends and family members through the setups over the phone and by text and it's always gone smoothly.
The Shield has a clean interface, lots of RAM, and can accept an ethernet connection (which will make live streaming tv shows and fights a lot smoother)
You can set all this stuff up on your firestick as well if you've already got it in hand. Wouldn't hurt to get used to the steps, plus you could bring it on vacation if you really wanted to. I just wouldn't want to depend on it for streaming big events or as a primary means of watching television once you get back.
