Later on I remembered when I saw him in Superbad playing a HS senior, and contrasted this with the movie I saw where a running joke was college students calling an old ass man ..

thats why he looks like he aged....
losing all that fat also exposes wrinkles....
look at anybody who has lost a lot of weight...they almost always look older
