My opinion is a man sitting while a woman stands makes that man look like less of a man. Its something wrong with that picture to me. Its how I was raised. Not right, not wrong, just my upbringing. If you dont want to stand, then thats your right. My grandfather would call them his favorite word for men he considered to be sissys....'Lilly pies'.

Op, you have to understand the generation we live in. Some of these dudes on here were raised by single moms, absentee fathers, and useless male figures that taught them to prioritize protecting women, and children at all cost even if it means at the expense of their own safety and health.

Nobody teaches black males to love each other, we are taught to fear one another and protect women and children. These dudes won't give up their seat for u if u were on crutches from a basketball game. They will tell you to man up, and be a man.

So do what u want with your life, but remember it's all politics. You have to play to your audience sometimes. A little moment of inconvenience sometimes can save a life time of issues.
