Thank you Jesus H. Christ that I stay in the gym & still have a young looking face & body because I seen some pics from my 10 year class reunion & it's crazy to see girls who were hot as fukk & skinny back in high school develop laundry bag bodies, lunch lady arms & are actually looking like mothers & aunts...

My nikkas from back in the day have all gained that "uncle" weight & are in the face & it's like you can tell them nikkas ain't seen a treadmill in years...

I have a few friends in their early 30's that still look young & in shape so hopefully I'll follow the same path...

Feels good though...

i turn 28 in a few months. i work out, eat good and party less so im aging pretty well. it really helps in terms of females because the older you get the more you can separate yourself from the competition of larry holmes dudes. i noticed i also dress better than ever since i turned into my late 20's

men age really well as long as you take care of yourself. its 2013 not 1913 men really are in their prime until 35ish maybe even 40 in some cases.

i used to hate getting older esp when i turned 25. now its really not a big deal because i feel like im getting better with age. turning 30 is gonna be a quick shock to the system though because once your 20's are over you are officially a big boy now and you really cant slip up as much
