You're in the minority. The sticks and triggers imo are better on the PS4. I'd say the pS4 and Xbox 360 controller are equal in comfort. . I don't get how all of a sudden symmetrical sticks are bad for FPS but before the Xbox came out nobody had a problem with those controllers. Also our hands are symmetrical.

Sounds like you're generalizing a controller's ergonomics and comfort based off a possibly faulty controller you got. PS4 controller is way better now. PS3 controller is .

There must've been a faulty batch of controllers when the PS4 was released. I got mines through Amazon with two controllers, both still work perfectly fine to this day. Heck, one of them I opened up and spray painted it red. My brother has a PS4 as well as my cousin and my boy and none of their controllers have had issues.
