My thing is blacks can be racist because they can carry out and or internalized the mindset of their oppressor.
Racism is not only just denying somebody else a job it's the belief somebody is inferior to believe because of skin color/ creed.

People of African descent use the institution racism as an excuse for them to be offensive to other groups of people. You don't know how many times I've seen on YouTube people calling each other c00ns/uncle toms/ Sambo etc.

If you have the mentality that you're better than me because of color/creed you are in fact racist doesn't matter what ethnic background you have.
