if youre not trying to compete then you dont really need 8 hours breh...obviously the more time you put in you do the faster you progress AND THEN you may feel like you want to make more time for it..if you train for a hour or hour and a half, depending on whatever routine you follow or a trainer at a gym wants you to follow, you should be good...its all repetition anyways

I went before but just for fitness
I wanna spar

Honestly I’m scared because it’s so hot where I moved too and I’m probably out of shape again now

I wanna eventually do bjj as well
