Except it was on the back side off Koval, behind the MGM Grand parking.

I am only saying this because I thought it was on Las Vegas Blvd too but it actually is a side street which is why he got shot and there doesn't seem to be as many witnesses. You can't get shot on Las Vegas Blvd with thousands of people knowing it.
