So Is It Really a Felony if I Get Caught With Synthetic Piss?

Unless you on papers or something, I can't see you getting knocked for a felony.....
I already know I can pass if I use the synthetic urine. I've pulled it off before and passed before. There was no pat down or observation at that one, but it wasn't a state job, this one is.
What I'm worried about is if it's a crime to conceal urine during a drug test. For instance If i buy someone cleans piss and sneak it in on my leg with a handwarmer, but they pat me down and find it, can the cops be called?
Can I be arrested? Because I read online in a few places it can actually be considered a class 4 felony attempted to alter a drug test with substitutes.
I'm not sure if that's true though, or if it only applies to court mandated tests.
Not sure about going to jail, state and federal jobs have different rules then lets say walmart.
I only got tested twice for the state/federal government in like 4 years working for them.

I stayed under the radar at all times, kept my mouth shut and did my job and didn't talk too many people. Once people know what you do outside work its a wrap.
