I'm sure I don't need to go over how even before getting back into power, the Trump administration has been demonizing illegal immigrants, specially the ones from Latin America.
Now with Venezuela, first they started attacking little "drug boats" (no evidence thought), calling them "narco terrorist", talking about they carrying enough drugs to kill thousands. murdering everyone on board in international waters, with no congress approval or oversight, just psycho soldiers pressing a button and murdering people without questioning it.
Today Trump confirmed that he authorized the CIA to peform terrori...sorry active operations on Venezuelan soil, and have bombers flying around the venezuelan coast

Venezuelans are not muslims half a world away, they are christians living in the same continent, depending of where you live they look like your neighbors, co-workers, hell even like you.
So has this all been them trying to make a military operation in venezuela more aceptable to the average American? We have seen that even the MAGA base was resistent to conflicts but we can clearly see the goverment putting together the whole justification in real time.
