My only response to this is listen to that track "when I see her". When she is on attack mode there's a whole other energy level she gives off. I think on her commercial tracks it's not really her strength. When it's pure aggression it's a wrap.
Her wordplay was still weak on that, she literally used "I'mma see her" for the entire verse - she could've wrote 16 bars and it would've sufficed. Interestingly, she dissed Fat Joe TOO (Fat Joe was also constantly shytting on her and Papoose before AND during her stint in prison) on that mixtape.
