Anne was good and def more true to the comic book character
but Michelle gave the better performance. she just had that perfect balance of sexiness/insanity

Anne LOOKS better than Michelle, so lets get that out of the way.
But to be honest, Anne wasn't really Catwoman anyway. She was a cat burglar named Selina Kyle that robbed from the rich to survive and got some nightvision goggles that happened to look like little ears when she had them up on her head. She wasn't going around saying "Meow" and didn't have a bunch of pet cats. They never refer to her as Catwoman and she's not in the credits as Catwoman.
So I say both did a great job in their own right, and they were two very different characters.

which is why I said Anne was more true to the cat woman in the comics. but if we're judging actual performance, Michelle takes it
It's two different interpretations of catwoman for two way different movies. It's not fair to compare because they both probably gave the catwoman performance that the director wanted. Anne Hathaway was very sexy
